I love your family's lists. It's always surprising to me when I ask my family to tell me what they want, what traditions they enjoy, what are their three favorite meals, etc. I'm in my own little world half the time and it's always a lovely surprise to hear about what goes on in the heads of the rest of the family. Thanks for your post :)

I'm actually going to try to make Peppermint ice cream! I found some cream on sale (half price, yay!), so I figured I'd tweak a recipe for vanilla and add some crushed candy canes. You can actually find it in the stores, too, just for the season. Candy Cane ice cream is yummy!
A cruise sounds nice...like a nice dream, LOL!
But piano lessons, if you can swing them, will pay back for years to come!

You know they really do have a plant called a money tree. (I'm new to your blog...discovered you through Rocks in My Dryer WFMW...so if you knew that, please forgive me.) It's a small, hearty little tree. (small...as in a table top plant) And it's a cool looking plant...the tree trunk is twisted. Anyways, we have one. It's currently the only plant in the house. And I've managed to keep it alive. Which is a big deal. Not sure that your kiddo really meant the plant. But wouldn't that be funny. :)
